BUSINESS MODEL
We work with a number of other boutique law firms each displaying an in depth level of specialisation in their own field, enabling us to offer clients all of the services of a full service law firm, but with the added advantage of personalised services and charges which are more appropriate to small firms than to the major firms where many of our lawyers gained their early experience.
Mike Lyons, the founder of VPro Lawyers, is a former partner of major law firms, Werksmans in South Africa and Clayton Utz in Australia, which has exposed Mike to a wide range of international and domestic commercial transactions.
We know that a good boutique firm can offer the same depth and expertise as any big firm can, but we can do it more economically and with better, quicker and more personal service.
