BUSINESS MODEL
Since its foundation in 1999 VPro has developed an innovative approach to providing legal services in a highly personalised manner. Our business model brings together a group of skilled, boutique law firms each displaying an in depth level of specialisation in their own field, enabling us to offer clients all of the services of a full service law firm, but with the added advantage of personalised services and charges which are more appropriate to small firms than to the major firms where many of our lawyers gained their early experience.
In July 2010, Vpro Lawyers merged with Lazorne legal to form Vpro Lazorne Legal Services.
Mike Lyons, the founder of VPro Lawyers, is a former partner of major law firms, Werksmans in South Africa and Clayton Utz in Australia, which has exposed Mike to a wide range of international and domestic commercial transactions.
We know that a good boutique firm can offer the same depth and expertise as any big firm can, but we can do it more economically and with better, quicker and more personal service.
At VPro Lazorne we redefine the concept of "top tier" by reference to quality - not size.
COST EFFICIENCY
