Brian has a substantial focus in the area of industrial disputes and negotiating federal and state enterprise agreements, and in managing major workplace litigation.

David previously held senior positions with Sydney law firm Tress Cocks and Maddox and also with the Australian Government Solicitor. His key strength is his ability to explain complex legal issues to clients who do not have a legal background, cutting through legalise to provide clients with an understanding of their legal situation and how it can be resolved. David is experienced in all facets of litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and commercial and general litigation as well as criminal law. He has acted for builders, government bodies, architects, engineers, accountants and others.

Athena has extensive experience in employment and industrial law including advising and assisting clients in defending OHS prosecutions, anti-discrimination claims, unfair dismissal and industrial disputes. She is also involved in the negotiation of enterprise agreements and awards, and advises in relation to workplace policies and procedures.
Yves Hazan specialises in intellectual property, commercial litigation, technology and science law. Yves has a wide range of experience in all aspects of intellectual property, technology and science law as well as commercial litigation. He provides advice and expertise in the areas of patents, copyrights and trademark litigation, IT contracts, outsourcing and electronic commerce using his extensive negotiating experience to successfully resolve many complex technology disputes.
Catherine is an outstanding property lawyer with many years of experience in a wide variety of property and related transactions including commercial and residential property, property development, off the plan sales, leases, licences and security arrangements.
